Terms of service.

Client understands that business success and results with coaching and strategy depend on their commitment and actions beyond what we do together. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Payments can be made via PayPal, Wise or bank transfer. Wise is preferred. You will receive an invoice 7 days before the due date if engaging in split payment.

1. Paid in Full (Best Value), Hassle-Free.

2. Split Payment (50/50)

Schedule:

• 50% Engagement fee – Due upon booking to secure your spot

• 50% Balance – Due before final delivery or on Week 6 of the container (whichever comes first)
  Terms:

• Work will begin after deposit is received

• Final files or deliverables will be released upon final payment

• All payments are non-refundable

3. Monthly Payment Plan

Amount: Total container amount split into 3 monthly payments
Schedule:

• Month 1 Payment: Due at booking

• Month 2 Payment: Auto-invoiced 30 days later

• Month 3 Payment: Auto-invoiced 60 days later
  Terms:

• Work begins once first payment is received

• Late payments may result in session rescheduling or pause in service

• Payment method is securely stored for auto-debits

PayPal Pay in 4 (Split Payment Option)

What is PayPal Pay in 4?
PayPal Pay in 4 allows eligible customers to split their total payment into four interest-free installments over a 6-week period. It's a flexible way to access my services without paying the full amount upfront.

How it works:

• You pay 25% of the total at the time of purchase.

• The remaining three payments are automatically deducted from your PayPal account every two weeks.

• No interest or hidden fees (as long as payments are made on time).

• Subject to PayPal’s approval and available only to customers in eligible countries.

How to use it:

1. At checkout, select PayPal as your payment method.

2. Choose “Pay in 4” if you’re eligible.

3. Complete your first payment and you're all set!

Note:

• You must have a PayPal account in good standing.

• I do not control PayPal’s approval process—eligibility is determined by PayPal directly.

• All PayPal Pay in 4 purchases are still subject to my standard refund, cancellation, and contract terms.

• All payments are non-refundable

• Payments are payable within 5 days of invoice being sent.

• Your coaching spot is reserved only after your first payment is received

• A signed coaching agreement is required before our first session

• All payment plans are legally binding and must be completed, even if the client chooses to pause or discontinue sessions early

• Late payments will incur a £30 per day fee after a 3-day grace period, and services may be paused until payment is received.

• If cancellation is made more than 14 days before the start date, a refund (minus a 10% admin fee) may be offered. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.

• If you choose to withdraw from the container early, you will still be responsible for the full payment as outlined. This is to respect the time, energy, and planning committed to your project.

• If you need to pause mid-way due to extenuating circumstances, you're allowed one pause (up to 30 days). After that, the container closes and any remaining sessions are forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

• If I am unable to deliver the service due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will offer one of the following options:
  – A full or partial refund (depending on % of services rendered)
  – Transfer of unused credit to a future container or date
  – Referral to a trusted provider if appropriate

You are responsible for providing required content, feedback, and approvals within a timely manner to keep the project on schedule.

Delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals may extend the project timeline. Payment schedule will continue regardless of delays not caused by the service provider.
